2. TYPES OF CAB BOOKINGS FACILITATED

Friends Tour & Travels offers its platform to facilitate the booking of:

  • Cab/Taxi Services: For local and intercity travel.
  • Tempo Traveler Services: For group travels.
  • Airport Transfers: For easy transit to and from airports.

These services are provided by independent operators who have listed their vehicles and services on our platform.

3. ROLE OF FRIENDS TOUR & TRAVELS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Friends Tour & Travels is a technology platform that connects travelers with independent taxi and tempo traveler operators. We do not own, operate, or manage any vehicles directly.

  • We are not responsible for any acts or omissions by the operators, including but not limited to:
    • Service quality.
    • Timeliness.
    • Safety and condition of the vehicle.

Any issues arising from the performance or conduct of the operators must be taken up directly with them. Friends Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by customers as a result of using the services facilitated by the platform.

4. TERMS OF USE

  • Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information while booking.
  • Bookings made via the platform are subject to confirmation by the operator. Friends Tour & Travels cannot guarantee availability or acceptance of any booking.
  • Any cancellations, changes, or modifications to bookings must be addressed according to the cancellation policies set by the respective operator.

5. OWNERSHIP

The content, design, and structure of Friends Tour & Travels’ website and platform are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any material is strictly prohibited.

6. TERMS

  • Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation notification via email or phone.
  • Payment Terms: Payments must be made directly to the operator as per their terms. Friends Tour & Travels is not responsible for collecting or processing payments.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Any cancellations or refunds will be governed by the policies set by the operator with whom the booking was made.

7. JURISDICTION

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of this platform or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab, India.
