Day 1: Amritsar to Srinagar (Approx. 200 km, 5-6 hours)

Begin your journey with an early morning departure from Amritsar to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel or houseboat, where you can experience the unique charm of staying on the famous Dal Lake. After some rest, take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and floating gardens.

In the evening, explore the local markets for authentic Kashmiri handicrafts and savor traditional cuisine.

Day 2: Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the famous Mughal Gardens: Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Marvel at the beautiful terraced lawns, vibrant flowers, and breathtaking views of the mountains.
